Appendix: Qualification Standards for Cooperative Partners (Overseas Local Distributors Preferred)
1. Legal Qualifications: Possess valid legal business permits and operating credentials stipulated by laws and regulations of the target country/region of operation.
2. Cooperation Philosophy & Industry Competence: Recognize and endorse Shinho’s brand philosophy with genuine willingness to enter into cooperation; boast sound business acumen and entrepreneurship, implement fair employee management and uphold positive social values; accumulate practical experience in food and condiment industry operation with complete marketing channels and mature sales network resources.
3. Capital Reserve: Hold adequate operating funds to run distributorship; the dedicated available capital reserved for Shinho product investment shall be no less than 8% of the converted annual target sales amount.
4. Professional Team: Set up a dedicated professional workforce responsible for developing and maintaining local Shinho-related business.
5. Warehousing Requirement: Operate warehouses that satisfy product storage demands; pallet storage is recommended. Procurement of corresponding property insurance is advised to safeguard warehouse assets against risks.
6. Logistics Vehicles: Equip exclusive delivery vehicles for Shinho product distribution to fulfill required delivery lead time standards.
7. Data Sharing Obligation: Commit to providing Shinho with local operational and sales data concerning all Shinho-branded products sold in the territory and be technically capable of realizing system data interconnection and docking.
