Shinho, Take Shandong Flavours to the World

On the morning of August 26, the 2022 4th Shandong Province Chef Art Festival opened at the Yantai International Expo Centre with the theme of "Tasting Shandong Cuisine and Enjoying a Better Life". The event started with the opening ceremony, followed by the red carpet walk of the celebrity masters, the 3rd Chef (Service) Innovation and Excellence Skills Competition, and many more. A crowd of exhibitors and the public were attracted to visit the event. It was such an extraordinary day!
Shinho, as the exclusive titleholder of the event, provided condiments for the contestants of the 3rd Chef (Service) Innovation and Innovation Skills Competition.
At Shinho B53/54 booth, four famous chefs of Shandong cuisine were invited, bringing delicious Shandong flavours to the visitors, while a live streaming of Tik Tok KOLs was on show.
The "Food and Home Cooking Studio" and the "Huang Fei Hong Bistro" of Shinho brought a variety of interesting and colourful dishes, such as soy sauce ice cream, miso soup and Oden.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Shinho, and the vast land of Shandong already knows our name well. From CONG BAN LV, and WEI DA MEI, to LIU YUE XIAN and many of the brands in our family, Shinho condiments have become household staples. After 30 years of dedication, Shinho has grown from our first bag of soybean sauce to a food conglomerate that boosts diversified technology-based integrations with businesses in sustainable agriculture, premium condiments, spicy snacks and organic food production and sales.
At the same time, Shinho's food service brand has always practised one of our founding visions, "respect and care for every chef", to reach our goal of "becoming a beloved brand in the hearts of chefs". Our mission is to help young chefs with conviction and innovation to grow, and we specialise in providing dishes, seasoning, diners, kitchens, and other service solutions. Ultimately, we want to enhance the fame of Chinese food and drive forward its global development.

In the future, Shinho will join hands with more partners pursuing the same food philosophy to build unbreakable trust in our consumers while promoting the development of China's food ecosystem for worry-free eating and life.
