On the morning of December 15th, 2015, the 12th General Admission (extended) of Yantai Youth Federation held its 2nd session, and honored new candidates in 13th "Top 10 Youth of Yantai". Vice General Manager Jiang Junwu from Yantai Shinho Enterprise was listed as one of the "Top 10 Youth of Yantai" with his outstanding business skills and high level of social responsibility. Since joining Shinho in 1997, Jiang has risen from an employee to the Vice GM role of the company, at the same time, he holds positions including the Standing Director of China Condiment Industrial Association, Member of the Standing Comittee of Federation of industry and Commerce of Shandong Province, Vice Chairman of Shandong Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of Shandong Cuisine Association, member of Yantai Committee of Chinese Political Consultative Conference, and Vice Chairman of Yantai Industry And Commerce Federation, etc. Because of his expertise in leadership and business, strong decision-making capability, organizational and coordination skills, Jiang has led Yantai Shinho Enterprise to develop with an innovative mindset, which resulted in rapid development of the company.
Jiang thinks of these recognitions more than something about himself, they are more about Shinho's quality and reputation from the society. Yantai Shinho Enterprise was established in 1992 with a goal to let all families eat their meals worry-free, which has also become what motivates Shinho to forge ahead. To families and life, food is more than just sustenance, it also provides the foundation for sustaining emotional bonds and improving life quality. Therefore, Shinho aims to set out from a large perspective, build a better food ecosystem, and improve every link from farm to table including the source of food, food manufacturing and production, and all food relevant experiences.

Shinho does everything out of a simple idea: produce every product with love for the family, and treat the world as family. Shinho keeps a strict principle on every product, because it is responsible for every consumer's health. Safeguarding food safety is also the baseline of a conscious food enterprise. All Shinho's employees are fans of the products they produced themselves. Over 20 years' worth of perseverance has nurtured Shinho's DNA of sincerity, ambition and warmth. "We are not only fulfilling the consumers' needs, but are also creating their needs," Jiang said. While penetrating the market, they have expanded their budget for science and research, as well as brand communications, and dare to use advanced management tools, which has strengthened Shinho's corporate standardization, and saving the cost. In people's everyday life, Shinho has always played the role of a "good neighbor". It has over 8000 employees, half of them whom are self-confessed food consultants who would go to supermarkets and introduce Shinho products to consumers, and learning about their needs at the same time. With this in mind, it has never stopped learning and innovating new techniques, enriching knowledge about nutrition studies and food safety.
