Hona organic matsutake soybean paste was launched after upgrading
Brand Activity HONA ORGANICAs the taste designer of the new organic matsutake soybean paste, I will take a deep sniff of the sweetness from the interactions of ingredients from different places every time when I unpack it…
Such a picture always occurs in my mind:
In the kitchen late at night, take a spoonful of this amber paste into a bowl of plain noodles or a pot of warm soup and then a delicious dish without complicated cooking and precious ingredients can be served. The enough sunshine and fertile black land in Northeast China are the foundation for the mellow fragrance and sweetness of the high-quality raw materials. The matsutake and mushrooms from Yunnan forest are nourished by natural essence and dews, thus yielding extraordinary freshness. The interaction with a distance of 2,600km eventually turns into comfort on the tip of the tongue.
A meal with a spoonful of good paste actually comforts your life.
We not only supply a bottle of [fresh and sweet] paste but also bring consumers healthy products nourished from the fertile land.
As for the growth environment of the matsutake in Yunnan forest - Wet moss can be found everywhere. Upon touching the texture of Qingyuan mushroom umbrella cover, and picking one mushroom and taking a sniff, you will be suddenly fascinated by its extreme freshness which directly comes into your inner heart.
Instead of using the accelerated industrial freshness, we leave a long enough fermentation period, during which, the organic bean paste can slowly brew a mellow and sweet foundation. Then it is blended with Yunnan organic tricholoma matsutake and Qingyuan organic mushrooms for further fermentation. The addition of the two mushrooms further improves the natural freshness. The [fresh and sweet] flavor combining the preference in North and South China becomes a reality.
The birth of [Hona Organic Matsutake Soybean Paste] is our most sincere interpretation of the word “fresh brewing”. We leave enough time waiting for the birth of the product naturally.
- Hona taste
Hona organic matsutake soybean paste - Brewed in autumn and winter to bring you a totally different flavor
We hope that this special paste can accompany your meals every day.
Why is it?
Fresh, clean and fully mellow.
After studying most of the soybean pastes on the market, we found some familiar ingredients on their labels——Sodium glutamate used for improving freshness, sodium benzoate used for ensuring the lifespan of products, and sucralose for improving sweetness. All these products use these manmade ingredients to ensure the freshness and preservation and increase viscosity.
The paste is slightly salty in North China but slightly sweet in South China, it seems that there’s no flavor that can integrate the essence of these two parts and yield natural sweetness on the basis of 100% safety.
As the leading brand of organic condiments in China, Hona Organic finally gave an answer after professional R&D based on its first organic bean paste in 2002: 100% authentic and organic, 0 additive, naturally and mellow - organic matsutake soybean paste.
You can find no any familiar “names” from the package of the paste. Differently, preservation is based on full-term fermentation and clean packaging; viscosity is realized by self-transformation of organic soybeans and wheat in time; freshness completely depends on the interaction of organic tricholoma matsutake, organic mushrooms and bean paste.
Where does the fresh and sweet taste come from?
We improve the freshness by natural ingredients instead of additives and flavorings.
Real freshness is a dynamic “cycle”.
It begins with brewing. The high-quality organic soybeans and organic flour are slowly transformed in time and finally form the mellow and mild base paste. This is not only the base of good taste but also an “ingredient” awakening the mellow taste of the paste.
Upon the mixing of organic matsutake and organic mushrooms into the paste, a wonderful cycle begins: The mellow paste, together with organic brown rice vinegar, fully stimulates the delicacy of organic matsutake and organic mushrooms. The fully awakened freshness of mushroom is in turn integrated into the texture of the paste, further improving the flavor of the product.
The so-called [paste freshness] is indeed the result of the mutual stimulation and cyclic gain between the brewed freshness and the freshness from wild vegetables.
How is the quality guaranteed?
Good taste comes from land and time.
Raw materials are the foundation
The mellow flavor of organic soybean paste cannot be separated from the raw materials: Organic soybeans planted in the fertile black soil in Northeast China. The soybeans are planted at the foot of Changbai Mountain and beside Mudanjiang River with fertile soil and natural fallow. The soybean here is full of protein. After fermentation, the protein digestibility increases by 50%, making it easier to absorb.
Time is craft
We insist on “full-term and slow brewing” process and say no to preservatives, essences and pigments in the fermentation process. We still insist on 100% real organic content, regardless of requirements of allowing 5% non-organic addition.
Safety, endless pursuit of quality
Each batch of products must pass “more than 504” quality and safety tests, all of which are not simple numbers but our great efforts in safeguarding your health. We are always there to guarantee your health silently.
