Brand ActivityDuring the National Day holiday that has just passed, the Michelin Food Festival was held in Jinan City, which is hailed as the “city of springs”. If you encountered it, just enjoy the delicious food and unusual experience brought by Shinho craftsmanship.
During the activity, the Michelin Guide gathered 5 Michelin restaurants from Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu to bring colorful taste experience to the food lovers in Jinan City.
As the only official condiments partner of the Michelin Guide in China mainland, Shinho brought food lovers with a banquet of food in appearance and taste in Jinan Hang Lung Plaza together with the top chefs from 5 Michelin restaurants and 6 local Jinan famous chain restaurants as well as the guests from relevant brands.
It rained on the first day of the activity so visitors might feel a little bit cold. To bring visitors warmth, Shinho staff prepared the ZHU SHENG miso soup for the visitors on site.
As said by one customer, “the deep fragrance and unique flavor warmed me both physically and mentally.”
It was sunning on the second day of the activity. Shinho brought another specialty --- soy sauce ice cream, which is made from Shinho WEI DA MEI soy sauce and ice cream, bringing unusual taste experience.
The dish attracted the attention of visitors at all ages. Visitors couldn't help claiming the amazing flavor after trying it. Shinho also set the free foretaste zone for scallion oil noodles so that customers could experience Shinho’s diverse condiments comprehensively.
Among the highlights in this carnival, the chicken and mushroom rice served by Shinho together with Zhiwei Restaurant is surely a preferred choice on site.
The dish was cooked using WEI DA MEI SHANGPIN JINBIAO light soy sauce and WEI DA MEI rocky candy dark soy sauce, both of which have perfectly combined the tenderness of chicken and the special fragrance of mushrooms. The combination of the dish with the well-prepared rice brings unforgettable experience.
