The chef delegation of South Korea visits Shinho and explores flavor aesthetics

Chinese cuisine as an important part of Chinese traditional culture bears overseas Chinese people's sentiment of missing hometown. To know and learn more Chinese cuisine, Korea Association of Chinese Cuisine Culture Exchange was invited to organize a chef delegation to exchange in Yantai Shinho.
Theme of the exchange is "Localization of Chinese Cuisine Aesthetics-South Korea", aiming to explore the classical and new popular Chinese cuisine in South Korea. The Chinese cuisine in South Korea originates from Shandong cuisine of China in long history. In the 19th century, Chinese cuisine was spread by overseas Chinese people of Shandong to South Korea. Therefore, the Chinese cuisine in South Korea is greatly influenced by Shandong cuisine. Yantai honored as "the capital of Shandong cuisine" was chosen as the first station of the exchange.
During the visit and exchange, the delegation president Qiu said with deep feelings: Although he was born in Busan, South Korea, his hometown is Zhucheng City, Shandong Province, China. His father is a chef. Being influenced by his father, he is greatly interested in Chinese dishes. He hoped this journey to China would help more young Korean chefs know more Chinese culture and deeply learn Shandong cuisine cooking skill. Shinho cooking counselor Ma Wenjun used WEI DA MEI scallion-flavored sea cucumber sauce to cook a classical Shandong cuisine "scallion-flavored sea cucumbers" and deeply exchanged with the delegation. Han Cheong Eun, a young Korean chef from Seoul, said that "it is a surprise to cook so many different Chinese dishes with Shinho WEI DA MEI condiments. More authentic Chinese dishes can be cooked in South Korea. I will try more new dishes cooking after going back." The delegation was deeply interested in WEI DA MEI products during the exchange.
The Cong Ban Lv Bean Paste of Shinho was exported to South Korea from 2005 and favored by Korean people. Later, HUANG FEI HONG Spicy Peanuts, HUANG FEI HONG Magic Chili, WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce and some other products were exported to South Korea. HUANG FEI HONG Magic Chili is favored by Korean chefs because of its special taste. Some Korean consumers even describe it: "Enjoy the magic chili so much as to never stop" During the visit and exchange, the chef delegation of South Korea not only learnt more traditional cooking culture of China but also intensified the profound friendship between Chinese chefs and Korean chefs. It is an honor of Shinho to be one of spreaders of Chinese and Korean food. We are closely correlated by food.
In the future, Shinho will make unremitting efforts to improve products and bring reliable Chinese dishes to the whole world. The world will love Chinese flavor.
