'Intelligence Improvement' in Shinho Where Innovation Advances

Between 19th to the 22nd of November, the 2019 Intelligence Improvement Project was initiated by the City Industry and Information Bureau. This project is aimed at helping Yantai to become a major city in manufacturing and support privately owned businesses to develop. It hopes to further enhance exchange study events on the topic of management building between different companies.
Although they arrived at Shinho in the afternoon, everyone was eager to start their trip. In the hall, Shinho's guide briefly explained Shinho's history: Shinho was established in 1992, it is a comprehensive food company focusing on research and development of condiments, snacks and organic products.
On the first floor, Shinho's diverse range of products attracted the group's attention. At the same time, to provide sufficient guarantee for the continuous R & D investment, Shinho has established a stable growth mechanism, which is committed to developing an ultimate, diverse and sustainable gourmet experience, focusing on low-salt, original, nutrition, delicious, and convenient product development. In the pursuit of ultimate product innovation, we never stop.
In Shinho's kitchen classroom, HUANG FEI HONG Spicy Peanuts, HUANG FEI HONG Za Me La, XI GUAN fruit-infused vinegar, soy sauce and vinegar flavoured ice cream and soy sauce flavoured biscuits were ready for them on the table. It was a real feast of unique flavours. It was the first time they have tried soy sauce flavoured desserts. Every member of the group was highly complimentary of the innovative flavour combinations and Shinho's innovative spirit.
After a satisfying meal, the group continued their journey. On the other side of the quality assurance centre, they saw air-tight aseptic filling equipment and automated packaging line busy at work, organising and recording products into storage and shelves automatically with no need for human intervention. The group was impressed and full of compliments for what they see. They expressed their awe at what they witnessed and said that companies should enhance management and increase the application of new technologies; these are beneficial for a company's long-term development.
Their journey has come to an end, but the group was reluctant to leave. The Intelligence Improvement Project is still underway. The trip to Shinho has helped them to understand Shinho better. Shinho has maintained a strong commitment to improving food ecosystem, focusing on consumer's nutrition and health, and respect nature. We want to create an innovative, diverse and open culture to lead low-salt and original food trend, creating a food ecosystem that is defined by health, safety and happiness. In the future, Shinho wishes to go forward with our friends from different sectors. We will take practical actions in making Yantai an influential city in manufacturing.
