In the 2023 “Ranking and Analysis Report of China Net Promoter Score SM (C-NPS®) released by the authoritative brand rating agency Chnbran in Beijing, China on January 10, Shinho won the 1st place of recommended soy sauce brands thanks to the support of many consumers.

China Net Promoter Score SM (C-NPS®), as China’s first customer promotion evaluation system, refers to the degree of customers’ willingness to recommend the enterprise products or services that they experience to others. It is a key indicator for measuring a brand’s reputation and consumers’ loyalty to specific brands. To reflect the overall characteristics of consumers, stratified random sampling was taken in this C-NPS. The survey nationwide covered nearly 3 million respondents from China’s 100+ cities.
