On January 10, the 2024 Beijing Michelin Guide Awarding Ceremony and the Year-end Customer Appreciation Banquet was successfully held in the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing.
As the Michelin Guide's official partner in China mainland in 2023-2024, Shinho was exclusively authorized to award medals for the Michelin Guide’s awarded restaurants. Congratulations to the awarded Beijing restaurants on their supreme honors in the industry. The event allows us to appreciate the stories of excellent personnel in the F&B industry and motivates us to go ahead bravely and create more outstanding performances.
During his opening speech, Mr. Jiang Junwu, Shinho Group’s GM, said that Shinho had worked with and established deep friendship with the Michelin Guide during their 7-year strategic cooperation.

The evening party was designed by Caiyixuan’s chief chef Li Qiang, who highlighted the profound Chinese food culture in every detail, together with his team.
The dining table is specially designed so that customers could enjoy dinner surrounding the table, which is also the traditional dining habit in China when dining at restaurants. All the dishes served highlight the “special Chinese flavor”.
