Further improvement of delicate taste based on the original intention

In 2021, Shinho WEI DA MEI launched the CHU series products. This series focuses on not only fancy taste but also diet quality and health. The Chinese character “CHU” has three connotations: Healthier pure taste, fresher virgin quality and pure original intention. We hope to bring consumers the best products with high quality process, and optimal diet experience with pure raw materials, exquisite brewing technique and our original pursuit of delicacy.

For Xiao Xin, the word “pure” can best describe the nature of the CHU series products: Pure raw materials: Water, non GMO defatted soybeans, wheat, all of which are quite common in nature; Pure brewing process: Only the soy sauce original juice in the first process is used to retain all nutrition and freshness; Pure original intention: Supply delicious and healthy soy sauce to consumers.

This year we update the whole CHU series products on the basis of ensuring their effect. The Ver. 2.0 CHU series products better comply with our intention of “ensuring healthier diet for more households”. We’ve adjusted the ingredients of the virgin pure dark soy sauce and light soy sauce for fried dishes with the professional support from the Michelin-starred chefs.

The pure dark soy sauce is made based on a different ratio of ingredients to dark brown sugar. The Ver. 2.0 has a better performance of dark soy sauce in coloring and freshness improvement; The ingredients of light soy sauce for fried dishes have been updated. In the Ver. 2.0 product, another 8 kinds of natural plant-based spices and oyster juice are added to make the fried dishes more delicious. We’ve also updated the package of virgin original light soy sauce.

Here I’d like to introduce the “classic product” from the CHU series: It is a premium soy sauce made from 5 raw materials: water, non GMO defatted soybeans, wheat, edible salt (without iodine), and white sugar (amino acid nitrogen content ≥ 1.10g/100ml). It has passed a total of 795 quality and safety tests. It is the “star product” from the CHU series. Please do not hesitate to choose this product when trying the CHU series for the very first time.

Adhering to the original intention of “healthy diet”, Shinho WEI DA MEI only produces the condiments that are exceptional in both raw materials and taste.
