Recently, the 2020 "Shinho Taste, Shared by All" appreciation banquets were held in Shanghai, Beijing and Jinan, with a number of important guests from the food and drink industry in attendance.
As the music became slower and more calming, we saw Shinho's 2019 highlights on the big screen. It was a year of both heritage and new breakthroughs; a year of tears and applause. The numbers and photos on the screen were a reminder of our progress as well as an inspiration for the future.
Representatives from Shinho raised their glasses to thank the chefs and workers of the food and drink industry for their long-term support of Shinho's quality and our "treat the world as family" spirit.

Chef Wang Yijun, a national treasure and a titan of Lu Cuisine, once said, "At Shinho, we always say 'we never sell what we don't eat to the customers, let alone making it'. Conscience is an important ingredient."'This is a lot like being a chef. We serve diners. It can't be sloppy, let alone making do. To be a chef is to have the belief and sense of responsibility that you serve the people."
The Lunar New Year is around the corner. Even though it's a time for reunion, most chefs and cooks are still working on the catering front line, helping millions of families to reunite with their culinary skills and hard work. For this Shinho Reunion Night, we have prepared a cooking show, Sichuan opera Bianlian show, Beijing opera and some fun games. We hoped to give our colleagues and peers a chance to relax and enjoy themselves.
Throughout the journey, Shinho has been very grateful for everyone's support and understanding. Shinho has been focusing on the food culture in China since 1998. In the past, it was about "having enough to eat". The focus then became "eating good food", and then "eating healthy food". In the future, it would be about "eating with conscience".
We want every family in China to enjoy every meal with peace of mind. Shinho has made a great effort to achieve this goal, such as the "Respect and Care for Chefs", "Healthy Chinese Cuisine" and "Belief in Taste" campaigns.
