Method

Prepare the ingredients needed to make passion fruit infused vinegar.

Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the meat to be placed in a teapot.

Add 50mL of white granulated sugar and 50mL of XI GUAN CU Apple Cider Vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients.

Add 900mL of water and mix well.
