Method

Prepare the ingredients needed to make kumquat infused vinegar.

Clean, dry and halve kumquats.

Place in an air-tight jar and add a layer of yellow crystal sugar.

Fill to the brim with XI GUAN CU Rice Vinegar.

Store for 10 days in a cool and dry place before it is ready. Take 30mL daily and dilute with 5 times more, 40 degrees water to drink.
