XI GUAN CU Rice Vinegar

Method

  • Wash and dry the prawns before marinating them in salt, cornstarch and egg white.

  • Heat up 300 grams of oil to 90 degrees, add the prawns to cook.

  • Heat up a drizzle of oil in a pan with 20 grams of water diluted cornstarch and the prawns to stir-fry. Serve with a small bowl of XI GUAN CU Rice Vinegar as a dipping sauce on the side.
