Method

  • Make scrambled eggs and set aside to cool.

  • Wash and chop up the garlic chive; clean the prawns before marinating them in WEI DA MEI Premium Cooking Wine.

  • Make a filling with the egg, garlic chives and diced prawns; flavour the filling with WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce and WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce.

  • Make triangle-shaped dumplings and steam for 10 minutes before serving.
