There is a saying in China that states: 'one is most comfortable laying down; one cannot eat anything more delicious than dumplings'. Dumplings are extremely popular in all regions of China; they do come at different shapes and sizes as each region adopt the classic dumpling to a style more particular to their likings.

Pork

500 g

Coriander

200 g

Diced spring onion

5 g

Diced ginger

5 g

Condiments

WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce

50 ml

Method

  • Clean and chop up the coriander.

  • Make a filling with minced pork, WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce, salt, spring onions, ginger and coriander.

  • Place a wrapper in the heart of your palm and add some filling in the middle, fold the wrapper and seal the edges securely.

  • Steam cook for 8 minutes before removing. Ready to serve.
