Method

  • Make a filling with minced pork, diced shiitake mushrooms, WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Crystal Sugar Dark Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce, spring onions, ginger and 2 eggs.

  • Divide the minced meat into four portions to make four different fillings by mixing each portion with one of the following ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, black wood-ear mushrooms, carrots and spinach.

  • Use wrappers to create a dumpling mould with four individual spaces as shown in the photo; place each filling in one of the corners. Steam until dumplings are completely cooked before serving.
