XI GUAN CU Rice Vinegar

WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce

Method

  • Pan-fry the bird eye chillies first before adding boiling water to the wok.

  • Add beef slices, needle mushrooms, the rest of bird eye chillies, red and green peppers, and flavour with WEI DA MEI Rice Vinegar and WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce.

  • Bring the content to boil before turning off the heat. Ready to serve.
