Method

Pan-fry the bird eye chillies first before adding boiling water to the wok.

Add beef slices, needle mushrooms, the rest of bird eye chillies, red and green peppers, and flavour with WEI DA MEI Rice Vinegar and WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce.

Bring the content to boil before turning off the heat. Ready to serve.
