WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce

Method

  • Clean fresh scallops and keep the shells.

  • Clean and cut squids; devine and clean prawns.

  • Add WEI DA MEI Premium Cooking Wine, spring onions, ginger and some water in a big pot; bring the content to boil before placing in scallops, squids, clams and prawns to cook for 8 minutes.

  • Add squids last as they are the easiest to overcook. Serve with a dipping sauce made with garlic paste, WEI DA MEI Premium Soy Sauce and WEI DA MEI Rice Vinegar.
