Stir-fried King Prawns and Broccoli

Pink coloured king prawns on the backdrop of forest green broccoli, this dish brings together the best of the sea and land.

Method

Wash and cut broccoli into chunky pieces; coat the prawns in salt, cornstarch and egg white.

Bring some oil in a pan to about 120 degrees, stir-fry the prawns for 30 seconds before removing from the pan and pat away the excessive oil. Follow the same step for the broccoli as well.

Remove the oil in the pan but leave some to stir-fry the prawns and broccolis further; flavour with WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce, sugar and peppers. Ready to serve.
