WEI DA MEI Thai-Style Hot & Sour Sauce is developed by professional chefs and WEI DA MEI. Being sour and hot, refreshing and aromatic, the sauce in rich flavor contains backing condiment: fermented soy sauce and fermented vinegar. In addition, spices and yellow rice wine are added to remove fishy flavor and increase aroma; lemon pulp is also added to make the sauce refreshing and sour.
