'0-saccharose formula, superior 0-additive light soy sauce. Virgin technology locks the original freshness. Nutritional essence is taken from the first soy sauce expression. Condensed juice of Momordica grosvenori is selected to replace white granulated sugar and give sweetness needed by taste bud without extra burden on body, improving the flavor and increasing freshness of the soy sauce. In original special grade 1.1 quality, the content of amino acid nitrogen is not less than 1.1g/100ml. Fermentation period is 180 days.
