High-salt diluted state fermentation method is applied to carefully selected Dongbei non-GMO soybeans and Shandong winter wheat. Together, they go through a full cycle of brewing before they are transformed into perfect drops of soy sauce; we add no preservative or caramel to our Premium Soy Sauce.
