Method

  • Cut tofu into big, square-shaped and deep fry until they are golden and crispy.

  • Make the filling with minced meat, LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, baby shrimps, cornstarch and egg.

  • Scoop out some tofu in the middle of each piece to make room for the filling, use a prawn to cover the filling to finish.

  • Add some oil and CONG BAN LV Soybean Paste in a pan to pan fry; add LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce and tofu. Add some water and bring the content to a boil; turn the heat down to a simmer and cook for 10 mins.
