Method

Cut tofu into big, square-shaped and deep fry until they are golden and crispy.

Make the filling with minced meat, LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, baby shrimps, cornstarch and egg.

Scoop out some tofu in the middle of each piece to make room for the filling, use a prawn to cover the filling to finish.

Add some oil and CONG BAN LV Soybean Paste in a pan to pan fry; add LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce and tofu. Add some water and bring the content to a boil; turn the heat down to a simmer and cook for 10 mins.
