Method

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs before pouring the mixture in a hot pan to make a thin layer of omelette to serve as a wrapper.

  • Blanch the spinach and cut the carrot into thin slices.

  • Wrap the spinach and carrot slices using the egg wrappers. Slice and serve with CONG BAN LV Soybean Paste as a dipping sauce on the side.
