Chinese White Shrimp with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Method

Clean and devein prawns.

Pan fry the prawns twice: the first time for 30 seconds and the second time 6 seconds. Set aside on kitchen towel to soak up oil excess.

Add oil and diced ginger in a pan to stir fry first before adding WEI DA MEI Rice Vinegar; wait until the vinegar has vapourised before adding sugar and YOUR SAUCE Lemon Soy Sauce. Bring the content to boil and drizzle in some HONA ORGANIC Longan Honey. Add prawns back into the pan and make sure they are coated in a thick layer of the sauce. Garnish with black sesame, sliced spring onions, coriander and red pepper slices. Ready to serve.
