Method

Add the beef mince in a pot with 300g of water; bring the content to boil.

Flavour with 30g of LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, 5g of LIU YUE XIAN Braising Soy Sauce and 2g of pepper; drop the egg and water starch in slowly and give the soup time to thicken. Garnish with coriander. Ready to serve.
