Method

Blanch green vegetables in salted water and arrange them around the plate in a circle.

Dice and boil mushrooms.

Heat up some oil in a pan and add mushrooms, 10g of LIU YUE XIAN Braising Soy Sauce, 20g of LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, 10g of WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce and 3g of sugar. Bring the content to a boil before reducing the heat to a rapid simmer; thicken the sauce with water diluted cornstarch. Plate mushrooms in the middle of the plates, surrounded by the green vegetables. Ready to serve.
