Dongbei Rice Noodle Salad

One of the most famous noodle salad in the Chinese cuisine is here! Originated from Shandong, this dish can feature as a main course or as an appetiser. It is a celebration of different textures and seasonal vegetables. Many people who have never travelled to the northeast of China have had this dish more than once.

Method

Soak the thick rice noodle in cold water until soft before sieving them out.

Cut carrots, cucumber, purple cabbage and dried bean curd into slices and place in a plate.

Add the thick rice noodle in the plate as well and top with stir-fried pork strips.

Flavour with LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Rice Vinegar, WEI DA MEI Oyster Sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil; mix well and ready to serve.
