Asparagus with Spring Onion Oil

Method

Wash and cut off the ends of asparagus. Boil in salted water for 4 mins before removing to dry. Place in a plate and set aside.

Drizzle some LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce on the asparagus with pan-fried bird eye chillies before serving.
