Fried Bean Curd Stuffed with Pork
Crispy skin and a tender heart
Stuffed bean curds are known as 'clear bells' in Chinese, named after the perfect crackling sound you will hear after biting into one. Finely ground meat is wrapped up in dried tofu skin and deep-fried to create gold parcels of crispy deliciousness.

Method

Make a filling with minced meat and flavour with LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce; use tofu skins to wrap up the filling into a roll, and cut into centimetres long pieces.

Heat up some oil to 180 degrees and deep fry until they are golden and crispy. Serve with some vinegar dipping sauce.
