Method

Blanch the vermicelli noodles and chinese cabbage before placing them in a casserole dish along with egg dumplings, salted diced chicken, quail eggs, prawns, pork tripes, smoked fish and a generous spoonful of LIU YUE XIAN Less-Salt Soy Sauce.
