Jellyfish in Sesame Sauce
A gift from the ocean
This is a traditional dish of the Shanghainese cuisine. Translucent jellyfish is considered a delicacy for their toothsome texture and sweet taste. Make sure to select older jellyfish as new jellyfish is tougher to chew.

Method

Slice and wash clean the jellyfish. Pat the jellyfish dry before plating. Serve with a dipping sauce made with LIU YUE XIAN Soy Sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
