This is a traditional dish of the Shanghainese cuisine. Translucent jellyfish is considered a delicacy for their toothsome texture and sweet taste. Make sure to select older jellyfish as new jellyfish is tougher to chew.

Method

  • Slice and wash clean the jellyfish. Pat the jellyfish dry before plating. Serve with a dipping sauce made with LIU YUE XIAN Soy Sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
