Lotus roots

500 g

Sticky rice

HONA ORGANIC Longan Honey

Method

  • Wash and cut off the end of lotus roots; stuff in sticky rice that has been soaked overnight before closing back using the cut-end of the lotus root.

  • Place the lotus root in a pot and fill in water until the lotus root is completely immersed in liquid. Add HONA ORGANIC Longan Honey and slow cook for 6 hours before serving.
