Aromatic Food Festival in June: A Family Occasion

Do you remember the song-singing, apron-wearing LIU YUE XIAN soy sauce bottle? Do you remember CONG BAN LV, the brand that celebrated your birthday? Do you remember your date with Shinho this June? June is a month of family get-togethers. Children's Day, Father's Day, Moon Festival, and Aromatic Food Festival all happen in June. Memories about our family is a heartwarming and comforting force that supports us through every obstacle in life. We are at the beginning of a glorious summer. Sun is warm but not yet demandingly blazing. Shinho chooses this time of the year to deliver our promises to you and your family.

Between the 9th to the 10th of June, Shinho LIU YUE XIAN Supermarket Music Festival opened at Beijing Fresh Hema Shilibao Store with grace, great music and delicious food. A crowd buzzing with excitement was eager to applaud for every performance on stage. A gigantic poster is at the background, featuring guitar-playing LIU YUE XIAN soy sauce bottle and Mr Hema as the lead singer of the band. Sea creatures danced around them among floating music notes.

Around noon, NetEase Cloud signed artist and CICI dance group brought the song 'Be Great' with them. 'Be Great' is the feature song for Shinho's 'singing soy sauce' LIU YUE XIAN. It told the brand's story of dedication and focused on food. It is a song of positivity and fantastic energy. The message of 'Be Great' is your smile is like June's blue, bright sky'.

At the music festival, Shinho and Fresh Hema presented a live cooking show with professional chefs as the host. They delivered a range of homy dishes quickly and artfully, prompting children to try out cooking themselves. We hosted a family cooking session afterwards for the children to prepare a fried-egg with their parents. Flavoured with LIU YUE XIAN soy sauce, these mishaped fried-eggs were the first dish these children ever cooked in their life.

A ukulele learning session was also held for families to join. These events were our way to pay back to loyal supporters of the Shinho brand in June. When singing soy sauce met Mr Hema, the result impressed all that was in attendance.

CONG BAN LV supermarket birthday parties are also going to be held in 52 major shopping malls in the country. At the event, birthday cakes, infused vinegar drinks and delicious dishes cooked live by professional chefs will all be available for you to taste. We hope these surprise gifts will bring joy to you at this special occasion that belongs to both you and Shinho.

CONG BAN LV celebrates its 24th birthday this year. It was the first brand in the SHinho family dedicated to the development, research and production of soybean paste. We believe in making pure bean paste with a combination of traditional methods and modern technology. After 90 days of natural fermentation, pure bean paste has a higher percentage of amino acid and protein than regular bean paste. CONG BAN LV Soybean Paste made an international name for itself when it won the World Congress of Food Science and Technology Award in Brazil.

The Aromatic Food Festival started on the 6th of June. The biggest event of the festival is the 'Aromatic Dinner'. A month ago, we asked our chefs to hand in their creative dishes to enter a competition. Six chefs won the position to cook for the 'Aromatic Dinner' at the festival. Six amazing dishes including Avocado and Quail Eggs Bake, Web-sensation Chicken Claws, Tongue-numbing Prawns, Tomato Steamed Rice, Secret of the Stomach and Spring Blush proved to be a great hit among the audience.

One of chef said excitedly: 'an empty plate is the best compliment to the chef. I am so proud.' The most popular dish out of the six was Web-sensation Chicken Claws. We later added the dish to our employees' canteen menu so every member of the Shinho family could taste the amazing flavours of these chicken claws.

We also invited people who were born in June to join Shinho family for three interactive games: LIU YUE XIAN 'Be Great' music solitaire, guess the doodle and shake that post-it off. Everyone especially enjoyed the final game which saw participants went into a competitive frenzy to shake off the post-it notes stuck on their body using every method imaginable. It was a silly fun time for all.

The festival ended with a happy birthday song and a beautiful birthday cake for CONG BAN LV's 24th birthday. We made our wishes and ate a bowl of noodle, a Chinese tradition for birthday celebrations.

It is only mid-June, and there are still more Shinho's surprise gifts for you to come.
