Rose Vinegar
We first ferment the vinegar using a blend of blueberry, pomegranate and apple juice; Pingyin rose petals are then added and infused into the vinegar. Floral, fragrant and sweet, the rose petals tint the vinegar to dark burgundy colour and give it an intoxicating rosy scent.
