Method

Cut steak and king trumpet mushrooms into dice; cut red peppers, yellow peppers and onions into square shapes and blanch them.

Fry the mushrooms until they are golden.

Marinate the steaks with black pepper and Liu Yue Xian Premium Soy Sauce before pan-frying them and set aside.

Add LIU YUE XIAN Premium Soy Sauce, LIU YUE XIAN Braising Soy Sauce, WEI DA MEI Premium Oyster Sauce, sugar, black pepper and cornstarch to make a thick sauce; add the steaks, mushrooms, red peppers, yellow peppers and onions to pan fry. Ready to serve.
